A photo montage is a movie made from two or more still pictures
combined with such elements as music, audio interviews, special

How is a photo montage made and how long does it take?
Most of the time, the photos that are used to comprise a montage
need some correction. This process alone can take several hours
of work because many times these pictures need color correction,
scratch removal, exposure restoration, etc. Once this process is
completed and the music and other factors have been decided
upon, the editing portion of the job can begin. The entire process
can take a few weeks to several weeks depending on the amount of
photos, the number of songs and many other factors. As a general
rule, it is a good idea to give the editor no less than 4-6 weeks to
complete a project although we can work with less time if needed.
Sometimes, however, we may be required to increase the fees
involved in order to accommodate for the lack of time given to make
a satisfactory product.
